“You cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today.” – Abraham Lincoln
“The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today.” – H. Jackson Brown Jr.
Today let’s talk about tomorrow. But first, let’s recap for the last time on the fifth day of this five day mini-series in blog form. The important things to do daily are, drumroll please, exercise (health), a to-do, goals, personal time and today’s topic, which is preparation for the next day. Tomorrow is always on the way. Don’t be scared of it but make sure you’re prepped and ready for it. This goes hand-in-hand with health. If you have work the next day, there are two really important things to do. One is to make yourself something decent to eat for breakfast and lunch so you have healthy options. I have been slacking in this department, something I plan to fix once our schedule goes back to normal later this month. Meal prep is key to being healthy and avoiding overeating/snacking. The other thing is getting a good night’s sleep. Ironically, I am lacking in this department this week because I built my new bed frame two nights ago and it took longer than expected. So I built the bed frame to sleep on it but building it caused less sleep for that night unfortunately. Regardless, that’s time management and on me but I’m happy it’s done. Preparation is a really big part of your day and if you notice you’re in a slump, it could be from bad eating habits and lack of sleep. Fix it! It’s not that hard and it will help your everyday immensely. This concludes my five day blog mini series of the important things to do daily, I hope you enjoyed it. Let me know if you think I missed anything and maybe I’ll have to add another episode later in the blogs. The series was Days 185, 187, 188, 189 and 190.Day 186 was written by Amalia while I was building the bed lol.

Today’s decluttered item is a simple binder I no longer needed. It was holding papers I also no longer needed. It’s a simple item that is now decluttered.
