“Life is short; live it up.” – Nikita Khrushchev
Sometimes it’s just the simple things that make the best memories. Today, TJ and I went to A local brewery with two of our good friends and enjoyed some good music, pizza, and beer. We relaxed in our lawn chairs outside in perfect weather while enjoying the night. We all had such a relaxing and enjoyable night. It hardly required any planning, was relatively cheap, and local; yet we still had a blast. AND, it was even on a Wednesday evening! Sometimes the best nights are the ones you have the least expectations for. Tonight was all about just being in the present moment and enjoying the company. Summer is an awesome time to kick back and enjoy the simple things in the beautiful outdoors. You just have to live it up sometimes and have a fun evening on what I call, “a school night” because living every night like it’s your last, is my motto. Next time you’re invited to an occasion and you’re in the fence, just say yes. It may just be one of the highlights of your week, month, or even year.
Item 174 of 360+
Today’s decluttered item was a bag of leftovers from the wedding that will now be put in the trash. We were able to go through the items used for the wedding and put them in different categories. Some we will be returning to friends, some we will be giving to friends, some we will be saving and this is the things we are trashing. More to come in the next day or two.
