“Finding ways to unwind and switch off is just as important as working very hard.” – Francesca Hayward
“I’ve learned that I can’t have a packed work schedule and a packed social schedule and a packed personal life; I need to just have time to myself to sit and breathe and unwind.” – Kim Cattrall
A hectic week deserves a weekend with planned relaxation. Everyday after work needs some sort of unwind time but not only does this not always happen, sometimes it just doesn’t cut it. Usually my unwind time is in the car on the way home or during the daily workout whether that’s the gym or walking the dog. It’s this unwind, this time to destress that helps keep your mind and body at ease and ready for the next day.
The Summer is almost here so we like to get outside, pack up our weekends with fun and get the most enjoyment we can. The important thing to remember is to make sure you plan some relaxation in those weekends as well. One great way to combine both is going camping which I know we plan on doing multiple times this year. I’m not sure how that will work with the blog but we will just have to find time or just post an item for the day. Regardless, it’s time for some unwinding and relaxing this weekend. What is everyone else’s plan for the weekend?
Item 105 of 360+
Today’s item is a shirt of mine that has sat in my closet it’s whole life. It never really fit well and I didn’t like the see-through aspect of it. The shirt is not for me but it’s relatively new so I hope someone else can appreciate the shirt. We plan on taking a trip to drop off some of our recently posted donations so this may be worn by someone else as early as next week! Gone from one closet to someone’s summer shirt cycle.
